His career began at Saks Fifth Avenue Salons, where luxury service was foundational, and continued through senior leadership roles, including Creative Director for Noelle Day Spas in Maryland. He was also selected as a member of the Creative Style Team for Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salons and Spas, a distinction reserved for elite industry professionals.
Throughout his career, Grady has worked with entertainers, professional athletes, political figures, and a private clientele ranging from Washington, D.C. to Miami, Florida. These experiences shaped his deep understanding of skincare, precision grooming, and high-performance service under the most demanding expectations.
When the global pandemic temporarily closed Red Door Salons, Grady redirected decades of expertise toward innovation. Dissatisfied with traditional shaving products that caused irritation and compromised skin hydration, he set out to create a superior alternative.
Shaving Polish was born—an elevated grooming experience designed to enhance skin condition, elasticity, and comfort from the very first shave.
